Why do we need your information?
Within the scope of the Website, HRB SOLUTIONS may process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Management of potential customers
Your personal data may be processed in the context of a commercial contact using the contact form.
The processing of your data is necessary to carry out pre-contractual steps at your request. If you do not provide your data, we will not be able to provide you with the requested clarifications.
Your data will be kept for this purpose for 12 months after the last contact between you and HRB SOLUTIONS.
Personal customer data may be processed by HRB SOLUTIONS for the purpose of managing litigation. The legal basis is the existence of a legitimate interest on the part of HRB SOLUTIONS and the data will be kept for the period necessary to exercise the respective rights.
- Management of contacts received by HRB SOLUTIONS
Your personal data inserted in the contact form of the website will be treated for customer management purposes, that is, HRB SOLUTIONS collects your data to analyze, respond to your contact request. Your personal data will be treated accordingly. HRB SOLUTIONS ‘legitimate interests in following up on your request, and your consent.

- Supplier / subcontractor management
The processing of your data is necessary for the execution of the contract to be concluded between you and HRB SOLUTIONS, or for carrying out pre-contractual steps at your request. If you do not provide your data, we will not be able to fulfill the contractual obligations assumed.
Your data will be kept for this purpose up to 12 months after the end of the contractual relationship between Suppliers and HRB SOLUTIONS, without prejudice to mandatory legal terms that impose conservation for a longer period.
The personal data of suppliers may be processed by HRB SOLUTIONS for the purpose of managing litigation. The legal basis is the existence of a legitimate interest on the part of HRB SOLUTIONS and the data will be kept for the period necessary to exercise the respective rights.
The data of HRB SOLUTIONS ‘suppliers, in particular of employees, may be communicated to HRB SOLUTIONS’ customers in order to comply with legal or contractual obligations.
- Recruitment / application process
When you apply for a job through our website, we may use your personal data to integrate you into the recruitment process to which you applied. Thus, the processing of your data is necessary in order to carry out pre-contractual steps at your request.
Your data will be kept for this purpose for 60 months after the recruitment process has ended. This duration is defined in the Labor code -Article 32.º – Nº1.
If the application is unsuccessful, and you give us your consent in the proper place, we may store your data for a period of 12 months to contact you, should a new recruitment opportunity appropriate to your profile arise.
- Marketing
HRB SOLUTIONS may process your data to send you information about its activities and services. This data processing will be carried out only with your consent, provided through the contact form and by subscribing to the newsletter. If you consent, you will receive marketing communications via email. Failure to provide your personal data (name and e-mail) makes it impossible for HRB SOLUTIONS to send you commercial communications.
You may at any time object to this data processing.
Your data will be kept for this purpose for as long as the newsletter subscription is maintained or, in any case, up to 12 months after the last commercial communication has been sent.
Will my information be shared with others?

If you are our customer or supplier, your personal data may be processed by Companies subcontracted by HRB SOLUTIONS, namely for website hosting, email, aptitude test, Recruitment management software (in SAAS mode), Software Digital Marketing management (in the SAAS modality), Insurance, Banks, Medicine at Work, Lawyers, Accounting Company and accommodation of training courses. These HRB SOLUTIONS are provided with only the personal data necessary for the provision of the service in question.
- State bodies. IEFP, DGERT, SEF, AT and Social Security.
Personal data may also be accessed by internal and external auditors to the HRB SOLUTIONS Group, with the guarantee that they will be kept confidential and will not be used for purposes outside the audits.
Your data will be processed within the European Union.
- What are my rights?
At any time, you can ask us:
– Access to the information we hold about you;
– The rectification of the information if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
– The deletion or limitation of the processing of your personal data;
– If the treatment depends on your consent or agreement and it is carried out by automated means, you are entitled to send the personal data previously provided, in a structured, commonly used and computer readable format.
- Your requests will be treated with special care so that we can ensure the effectiveness of your rights. You may be asked to provide proof of your identity to ensure that personal data is shared only with the holder.
- You should be aware that in certain cases (for example, due to legal requirements) your request cannot be immediately satisfied.

- Right of access

If you want more than one copy of your personal data being processed, HRB SOLUTIONS will subject this service to the payment of a fee of € 100 for administrative costs.
- Right of rectification
The holder of personal data has the right to obtain from HRB SOLUTIONS, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data concerning him.
- Right to erase data (“right to be forgotten”)
The holder of personal data has the right to have HRB SOLUTIONS erase their data without undue delay, and HRB SOLUTIONS has the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay when one of the following reasons applies, namely:

- b) The data subject has withdrawn his consent for the processing of data (in cases where the processing is based on consent) and there is no other reason for such processing;
- c) The holder is opposed to the treatment and there are no prevailing legitimate interests that justify the treatment;
- Right to limitation of treatment
The data subject has the right to obtain from HRB SOLUTIONS the limitation of processing, if, in particular, one of the following situations applies:
- a) Contest the accuracy of personal data, for a period that allows HRB SOLUTIONS to verify its accuracy;
- b) The data processing is lawful and the data subject opposes the deletion of personal data and requests, in return, the limitation of its use;
- c) HRB SOLUTIONS no longer needs personal data for processing purposes, but these data are required by the holder for the purposes of declaring, exercising or defending a right in a judicial process;
- d) If you have opposed the processing, until it is found that the legitimate reasons of the controller are over those of the data subject.
- Right to data portability
